Happy Places

Carter has happy places.  There aren't very many, and the ones he has are consistent. He loves to be outside in our backyard.
He also has happy things.  You know, a favorite toy or something.  Most kids cuddle with blankets or stuffed animals.  Carter seeks out a rougher touch.  He cuddles with a big hard plastic bus.

He also happens to love that denim blanket.  His grandma and aunts made it for him.  It's heavy enough to keep him calm at night.  Going along with that need for rough touch, Carter's VERY favorite past time is wrestling.  He LOVES to wrestle with Daddy and Logan and anyone who can last as long as he can. Yep, as long as he can have his happy places and happy things, we're all ok.  Cause if Carter ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!
